This rally will be dedicated to Jack Fullerton. The best team mate/co driver and best mate of Ed. (Sloppy Jalopy) Jack was taken in an accident too soon. Jack lived every single day of his 35 years to the MAX. He will never be forgotten and his memory will live on with family, friends and past ralliers for ever.

We love and miss you Jack ❤️

Shitbox Rally 2026 - Autumn is almost upon us. We’ll be hitting the road in our 1989 Toyota Camry wagon, driving from Port Douglas to Melbourne on an unforgettable 7-day adventure. It’s not just about the drive—it’s about making a real difference in the fight against cancer.

Every participating team is required to raise a minimum of $5,000. Every dollar raised goes directly to Cancer Council and helps fund vital cancer research, which is why we’re doing everything we can to hit our goal. Your support, whether big or small, will have a real impact.

Ed has lost close members of his family to Cancer, but also had family members win the battle with the terrible disease. 5 years Cancer free and counting! Ed is determined to do as much as possible to fight this disease.

This cause is close to Adriano's heart as he has had close members of his family affected by cancer too. It will be Adriano's first rally, while he is trained in the Army, I think the Shitbox Rally will be a whole different challenge! Adriano was Co Owner of Parrinos Pizza, one of the first ever sponsors and the homing beacon light still lives on the wags today. (Great for finding your camp in the dark!)

It will be Ed's 6th Rally, the mighty steed (The 1989 Toyota Camry "Wags") will be completing it's 7th Rally! With various repairs from previous co drivers Sasha & Jack, the mighty wags will (hopefully) smash another rally out without significant issues! (Fingers crossed, she might even tick over 500,000km on this one!)

We rely on everyone's support, donations & fundraising to hit our $5000 target, and no doubt from previous years, we can double this!

Thank you for reading this & donating. It means a huge amount to find a cure for this awful disease.

Ed & Adriano.

Vale Jack Fullerton ❤️

PORT DOUGLAS MELBOURNE 3,400 km in a $1,500 car SLOPPY JALOPY

Sloppy Jalopy are fundraising for Cancer Council

They're doing what!?

Shitbox Rally is a 7-day challenge like no other. Participants drive cars worth no more than $1,500 through some of Australia's most stunning (and often rugged) landscapes, all in support of cancer research. It's not a race — it's a challenge and more importantly, a celebration of the power of community.

Yes, the cars break down, and yes, there are plenty of unexpected twists along the way, but that's all part of the fun.

The rally is designed to be a colourful and unpredictable experience, where teams travel in small groups, helping each other along the way.

And when the day's drive ends, we gather around the campfire, share stories, and reflect on the day's achievements.

This event brings together people who have been impacted by cancer in different ways — whether it's through their own battles or through loved ones. Together we'll make memories that last a lifetime while supporting the fight against cancer.
